The Behin Tech project, located in Payam Industrial Town near Payam Airport in Karaj, is a factory designed in two separate phases, each regarded as an independent development. The primary focus of this facility is the production and assembly of monitors and various electronic equipment.
Phase one is dedicated to production, storage, administrative offices, and a restaurant, while Phase two is designated for a showroom, additional storage space, and suites for temporary accommodation.
The most significant challenge of this project is executing these two phases separately while maintaining a cohesive design throughout the facility. Additionally, incorporating natural light and greenery into the factory environment, despite the need for many spaces to be isolated, is another major challenge.
To address these challenges, greenery and natural light will play a significant role in designing the rest and restaurant areas, enhancing the quality of the spaces through their presence.
