The Titan building, constructed 50 years ago, originally served as a grain storage facility for district-wide distribution. As its function changes, our proposal is to carve out three levels of space by cutting through the interconnected silos, creating new areas for occupancy while preserving and showcasing the building’s heritage.
This project reconsiders conventional architectural typologies. Instead of focusing on a bold or iconic design, the aim is to create transparency, framing the people, industry, and activity inside. The approach draws from the idea of revealing the building’s structure and history—not to emphasize the architecture itself, but to highlight human presence and the building’s story.
