Mansha Mansion, one of the recent projects by Ashrafi & Zad Design, has been completed and officially opened following the end of construction.
Originally built in 1940 as a residential house, the project responds to the building’s temporary five-year lease through minimal, reversible, and sustainable interventions. The project reflects an approach that views limitation as opportunity—transforming a short-term occupation into an architectural approach based on thoughtful, creative strategies and careful attention to detail.
The Mansha Mansion is now open to visitors at No.2, Khark & Nofel Loshato Intersection, Tehran, Iran
